How do we do it?

In order to help save you time and money, we look at a couple of different areas. For starters, we take a look at material cost, truck availability, and haul miles to predict margins on each load properly. We also auto-compare source options in order to maximise profitability. That's not all, either. We are also using AI-Tagging to score jobs, dirt size, and urgency. All these tools help us to help you as best as we can!



Staying ahead of the bids

We pride ourselves on not waiting to be told when dirt is needed; instead, we track it before it goes public. In order to do this, we use a couple of different things. Firstly, we use Construction Wire to see future civil and sitework projects. We also use Amtrek Pro to track upcoming bids before award. Finally, we use Custom leads via Developer network to prioritize high-value projects. You know what they say, if you’re not first, you’re last!
